I bought some items through a Facebook link, and they are absolute **bleep**, nothing like the photos, now I’ve escalated to a PayPal claim, and so far it appears that they may favour the seller. I have photos to support my claim, but can’t see where I can add these now?

Start a chat by clicking on the "message us" link, you will get a chat bot first, just answer the questions that continues the chat, eventually you will get a live agent, and tell him/her you want to upload some photos to support your case. Or, email the photos as attachments, along with your case number, to
<service at paypal dot com> (making the obvious substitutions within the <> to get a legitimate email address).
