Upload additional documention to a pending dispute

How do I upload additional information to a dispute that is in the "paypal is reviewing your claim" status?

Once a dispute has escalated to a claim then you can only provide more information if paypal requests it.

Any info is supposed to have been supplied in the dispute part of the claim.

If urgent you could always give them a call?
