I opened a dispute because I never received an item. In the time since I opened a dispute, I received the item and it is defective. I am trying to update my dispute as the seller is arguing that I cannot return it because it has been 30 days since the purchase, even though it took two months to get the purchase. Is there a way to update the dispute?
