Hi .i have problem with my paypal account No matter how how he tries he can't logged on my paypal account and everytime my signed on it always say's

i need your help securing your account to prevent unauthorized access. For your safety, there may be some limitations on your account until you take action. "
And when i clicked the " Secure my account " this is what showed up

There's no any recovery options shows up , so he can reset hes password through his E-mail.
Everytime he logged in thats the only thing show's up

and when i wait for some hours to cool , i try to secure the account and the process goes back
Can you please help me out of that , Please make sure you will be able to help me out as soon as possible because i already did contact paypal through call a tons of times but nothing changes , please fixed the problems
Has anyone faced this and how was it addressed.
