This question is NOT about the seller. Bought a driver shaft that was received with damage. After examination of the creased tube (USPS) and visiting with the seller, it was determined the shaft was damaged in transit. Was insured, but the USPS procedure is unrealistic and not worth the hassle in my opinion. Does Goods and Services cover any damage that is from shipping?

You can file a dispute for item received but not as described and you should get a refund, then its up to the seller to claim from the postal company they used to send the item to you.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
