Unsure about the response

i FILED A COMPLAINT THEN ESCALATED IT.  APPARENTLY PAYPAL CLOSED IT AND LEFT ME THIS MESSAGE.

 
Item not received - claimCASE CLOSED

The case was closed in the receiver's favor as the receiver provided a valid proof of delivery.

 

AM I THE RECEIVER?  OR IS THE FRAUDULENT COMPANY IN CHINA THE RECEIVER?  I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN ANY PACKAGE FROM THE COMPANY IN CHINA.  WHAT PROOF OF DELIVERY?  I NEVER SIGNED FOR A THING.   SEEMS TO ME I SHOULD BE THE RECEIVER, NOT SOME COMPANT IN CHINA THAT CHANGES ITS NAMME EVERY OTHER WEEK TO SCAM MORE PEOPLE.
