You know, this is in a way like the pandemic we are going thru, I hear the numbers going up, but behind the numbers there are people. You had become a statistic, but I feel your pain, I went thru this crap a while back and count myself lucky I got my money back without sending junk back (regardless of whether address given is legit or not, but likely not).
There may be no recourse at the moment, as no one seems to be able to get to human CS rep in reasonable amount of time.
