I have been cheated out of money by Ario trae, I ordered bed tents for my grandkids but received a cheap, plastic emergency blanket instead, I put in a claim to paypal but they refused my claim because I had received a delivery even though it was not what I ordered, it seems paypal are allowing this to happen judging by the other complaints on this forum, and not refunding anyone, they are allowing this company to cheat their paypal customers and this isnt acceptable, anyone who had dealings with this company who have been refused help from paypal can you all contact them to carry on the dispute, they should not be allowed to fob us off, they are supposed to protect their customers from firms who cheat their customers, its fraud and are been aided and abetted.
