Unresponsive vendor hasn't issued refund. Return shipping still in reivew.

Return shipping has put me $80 out of pocket and paypal has not sent me anything about it since. I've uploaded a receipt of the return shipping and of the package itself at the post office.
The vendor has absolutely atrocious customer service and has stopped responding to emails since I've shipped the product. The product arrived at their address yesterday but they still haven't issued a refund.
I expected better of both parties' customer service.

Did you win a dispute? If so give paypal the tracking info and you should get your refund.
If you activated the below link at some time before you made the transaction then make sure you click on the transaction and claim from the 'return shipping on us link'.
