Unresolved claim for over a MONTH

I purchased credits for a digital game from a seller. I escalated the case on July 29 and the case hasn't been resolved up until today September 8, 2020.

 

The case is PP-D-78021604 and I have tried to contact PayPal by phone and text without any response. What can I do? I've been calling +1&nbs[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]/span>
