its been almost 2 weeks since an account limitation specialist told me to wait 72 hours for my account to be resolved but Im tired waiting for nothing!!!!
You have to wait until PayPal contacts you. They can only give you estimate time to get you off the phone. Customer Service reps can not lift limitations over the phone. It is a different dept.
