There is no Help article on this problem but it’s worrisome. Does it mean I’ve been hacked and someone logged in from another device elsewhere???

A friend helped set up my PayPal account on a different PC. I have always figured/assumed that was the
problem- I get an alert/error email every time I log in to my account as well. The account wasn't set up on
*my* PC, so it isn't recognized.
Why isn't there an option to manage/add & delete devices to your PayPal account, similar to how
streaming services do? I have looked for this, but haven't found it. It seems like a simple solution.
Obviously it is good to be alerted when your account is accessed by someone else/device. But how can
this be altered to stop it?
