Unrecognised debits unable to contact paypal

Anyone know how to ‘speak’ to a human via PayPal telephone service ? Been goiing around in circles after tapping in or ‘saying ‘ requested details only to revert back to menu or finish call !! Have two large unrecognised debuts listed on my bank account and no reference to these on my pay pal account - need to ID these ASAP Fraud team in bank do not have details and while they transferred me to the PayPal team I was back to my first position - driving he nuts!! Thanks
