Just before Christmas I ordered a Rotary watch through OnBuy.com using PayPal to pay for the item. On Christmas Eve all I received was an empty box with no watch inside. The outside did not seem to have been tampered with so I believe it left the seller that way. I opened a case with PayPal which was suggested by OnBuy. There was a brief message that came back from the seller to say that they would check their CCTV but nothing since. Today I received notice from PayPal that my claim has been declined as the sellar has provided shipping details, well of course they would whether the box was full or empty!!!! I feel so cheated not only by the sellar but completely let down by PayPal! All I wanted was a watch that I paid good money for!
