Unreasonable account limitation

I have an unreasonable account limitation.
I was verified recently from Paypal in address and ID . I press the button to resolve the issue , and it just says that they will contact with me. Now my account is restricted and I can not make important payments . WHY

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
