Unread messages

I opened up a PayPal dispute,I received an email to say I have an email off the seller,but when I log into my account and click to read the message it doesn't work. Any info appreciated .

Are you going to the resolution centre to read the message or the message centre?

I've looked on both. In the resolution centre it says 1 new message,but can't read it,and in the message centre it says no new messages.
