Hello -

PayPal phone support is apparently closed, and no one will get back to me as to how to "unlock" my account. I have 4 pending payments from sales I've made on Depop, and I can't get to my money. I'm powerless here, as PayPal won't respond.

Here is the error I'm getting, with no recourse. Help!

yes paypal has limited my account when trying to verify my name wont let me ,help centre just keeps repeating its self and want me to link my cards which was done before ,have money in my paypal account which cant access

I had the same problem and I don’t see how I can resolve it...needed the money for my surgery now and I can’t get it
