Unlinked credit card was charged $80 off from paypal

Someone stole my credit card information, and there are 4 transactions made all through paypal.

What should I do, is it possible to retrieve my money, or reverse the transaction?

Help please, I have already locked the card.

you should have insurance, check your pp acct and make contact
