Years ago I created 2 paypal accounts. As I grew and moved around, I closed the bank accounts the paypal accounts were using. I created a new paypal account with my current banking information and got slapped with the "Your account is limited" message. I resolved the issues paypal had with my current bank account but now it is saying I have unresolved issues with the 2 other paypal accounts I haven't used in years and bank accounts that don't exist anymore due to me closing them.
How do I unlink those 2 previous accounts?
