Unknown charges to my bank account

Hi, I linked my bank account to my paypal. But my card was charged by paypal for 12 times. I don't have any paypal transactions so I don't know what those charges are for. Can you help me return the money that was charged from my bank account. I removed my bank account in paypal because I was afraid that it will happen again.
