Unknown charge

I have a 0 balance on my charge card yet i keep getting charged $10.97 a month to a Levy co. Not a clue what that is and when I go to resolution section am told they can’t handle that. Where do I go to get it taken care of?

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
