Unjustified repeated resolution date delay

To PayPal or whoever: Refer to my complaint case ID PP-D-94812257. I unhappily noted that over the recent weeks the resolution date is repeatedly postponed from 11, to 14, to 16, to 18, & to 19 Jan 2021. Please give me a valid reason for this delay tactic asap. Do not blame covid-19 because back office customer care staff can work from home anywhere. Thank you. Peppina

Paypal it appears are inundated with claims mainly from buyers that bought tat from these China websites or Social Media ads !
So all claims are being pushed back unfortunately.

As long as yours has been escalated from a dispute to a claim, and is still being reviewed then you have the chance of a refund.
Sadly you will have to wait it out in the long queue though.
