What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?
1. Pending (with a clearance date)...echeque and you have to wait for it to clear before seller sends.
2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option....its gone to the wrong email address or there is a spelling error or typo in that address...cancel as it won't complete.
3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option....if the seller does not claim it then it will time out 30 days post payment, if its gone to a wrong email address and completes to another person then you may have to open a dispute for non receipt of item.
4. Payment or Sent....completed open a dispute if they don't send.
Advice is voluntary.
