Hi I was just on the phone with PayPal disputes or refund customers advised who understand my meter and phone was dropped!!! So contact to confirm seller refund my payment since 03/12/2018 which I can not see or received on my PayPal account so please can someone check for me purchase payment date is 25/11/2018 also cancel items online cancelation forms online company files with my self same day on date and day 25/11/2018 which I cancel purchase item so seller provide my refund on 03/12/2018 which they mentioned on emails to refund my payment which I can not see on PayPal account? So please help with this meter. Thanks best regards.

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller with a card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your card. Paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine, however that depends a lot on what country you are in.
