I ordered an item back in August which I never received. After placing a dispute with PayPal they have now informed me that Unilone produced a tracking number and said it was delivered therefore my claim was refused. I am fuming that this company has got away with this. To be fair it wasn't a lot of money but it's the principle that I am complaining about. This company has scammed many people and yet PayPal can't see their way to blocking them but instead come down on their side. It's criminal.
