What causes my account to be frozen and what will it take to unfreeze it

Mine has been frozen for over a week now. I have been told that Paypal is working on it to fix the problem.......🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I was told a week ago that they will escalate my case. I am not holding my breathe!

I have been waiting for seven months....I have heard it can take up too 18 months from other people.......this is not fare...but who do you tell?
