Hi all. I had a buyer complain and request a return. I have a no returns policy, so it went to resolution in ebay. His reason for wanting a return was that he "just didn't like the item". Long story short, paypal withheld funds until case was closed in my favour. Now the same buyer has gone to his bank and is trying to get a charge back, again paypal have put a hold on the funds plus what seems to be about £14 more. Theyre saying they cannot cover the payment and its in review. What are the chances they'll find in my favour?
