Long story short: 1.I sold something online 2.The guy paid in 3 tranches
3.After i gave him what i sold he made a charge back using his bank provider 4.I made a dispute and provided the same proof that i sold that thing to that guy
5.Only one of my dispute went into my favour....why? the proof was literally the same for all 3 of the disputes
