Hi, I’d opened a dispute in the resolution centre a few weeks back, I’ve just checked and the case has been closed but not in my favour. The seller had given no information to PayPal and had ignored my messages via eBay
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
