Unfair Resolution

I received 6 face masks after ordering a Window Air conditioning unit. I filled a dispute but PayPal resolved it in favor of the seller because he provided tracking number for the face mask he sent in lieu of my air conditioner. How fair is that?

Sounds as if you opened a dispute for non receipt of item instead of item received but not as described???
