I am not sure if this account is for me. I have been having a problem from the begging with this account. They had my account frozen for about a year,
and mind you I had a balance on it, because I would not link my bank account to it. Then when I charge something on my paypal account they used the balance, and it appeared they took the balance from my debit card they had my link to the account. I do not think that is fair. I was waiting to get a bill
and just happen to go into my account and see it. I tried using their website to get a hold to someone of fine a Live Agent to no avail. I will try again to-
marrow to get a hold of someone and if I can't I will contact the Attorney General and see if they can get me some answers about this account
