I've received an email from PP to confirm my identity (DOB, address, name) and that my account has been limited. I don't know what I was thinking when making an account but from pressing the "Go to Paypal" button, it says I registered my birthday for **/**/2000. I am 17 currently. It will also not let me submit my information; meaning I can't proceed with verifying my information. I have not yet been asked to show any documentation.
What should I do?
**I have also read up about underage people using PayPal. I am now aware that you have to be 18 to use it, not sure why I don't recall knowing that. I opened account to buy and sell on depop. I currently have $200 that I can't touch. Will I be able to get that money?
