Hi, I will be straightforward with you I am under 18, (16). I have started to sell things on eBay and I was asked to present a photo id to PayPal. I gave the correct cf photo id and I was honest about my age. Now can anything be done so that I can withdraw my funds. I totally agree with the terms and conditions and I also don't have a problem against PayPal limiting my account but I need the funds. It was a mistake on my part and I apologise for it but I really need my funds.

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.
PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.
As you would be unable to verify your account it would be locked for further use.
Minors can’t enter legal contracts so you won’t have any recourse to get your money back until you were 18.
Even then you would have to ask customer services if you can open another account and if they will transfer the funds for you.

It's good that you were honest about your age when information was requested. Please contact customer service to discuss the disbursement options for your funds. They will let you know if the money has to be held 180 days or if there are any options for earlier withdrawal.
