Under 18 and can’t withdraw funds

Hey so I made my paypal a long time ago not knowing that I had to be 18 to make the account and I always was doing transactions through the account no problem. I recently sold tons of my shoes through a platform called GOAT and I chose for them to send me the money via paypal and so they did instantly and when i tried to withdraw the $3,700 to my bank account i have received a lot of stops saying I can’t and that I need to identify myself

Paypal does not allow account holders under the age of 18.
PayPal asks for a birth date when you register so whilst you can make a PayPal account with false information the account will need to be verified to accept funds into your balance or lift any limits.
As you would be unable to verify your account it would be locked for further use.
Minors can’t enter legal contracts so you may not have any recourse to get your money back until you were 18, unless you contact them and request funds being sent to a parents Paypal account, not guaranteed however.
