I purchased items from a seller named lemfo1 on eBay over two months ago. It was supposed to be delivered on 27 July (over a month ago) but till today I haven't received my items. I don't even know where my items are as lemfo1 didn't provide me with a tracking number. I contacted lemfo1 few days after the delivery date but I still haven't received any response. I couldn't open a dispute on eBay because the seller is no more registered on eBay.
eBay told me to open a dispute on PayPal by contacting PayPal since my payment was made using guest account. Can you please help me by opening a dispute and by giving me the contact details of the seller so I can contact him/her?
