Unaware of buyer opening case. Left without £630 and Laptop.

Hi there,

I was uninformed about a case being opened, I think because I had already issued a partial refund?

Buyer now has his money back and is told to keep my laptop. What should I do?

I wrote a massive message of information but max 100 characters.
