Unautorized activity on my account

Helo,

I tried several times to stop a company taking money out of my account:

Symantec  Linmited .

I can't remember having any contract signed with Symantec.

I was trying to get  64.99 BBP re-imboursed.

Paypal announced that the case is closed.

How can they make that statement without answering my question: When did I sign a contract with Symantec Ltd.

and what is that company supposed to sell?

Where is the merchandise if I ever ordered any?

Please help.
