Paypal sent me an email stating they took money from my account so they could verify my account or address or something. I did not make a purchase. I did not charge anything. I did not tell them they could do this. I don't know how much they took. I have tried and tried and tried and tried and tried to contact someone about this. The messaging system says "Not working, try something else." ---about 20 times. It doesn't work! I've emailed a dozen people who don't answer. How do I actually talk to someone? I want my money back NOW. If they don't contact me, I guess my next step is an attorney. I don't want to, but they aren't giving me any choice. Can anyone help?
