Unauthorized use

My account got hacked, credit cards were added and three money transactions were transferred to the unauthorized cards. How do I fight this I go round and round with automated responses from paypal.  Three to four hour phone wait times. When I was able to speak to a customer service rep I confirmed I reported the charges but would get a call. No call just an automated rejection of my claims as if a computer algorithm was my judge and jury. They want to me to write a last century letter to the company. My emails go unanswered. I run a small non profit club for kids and horse riders. Money was stolen from our account there has been zero help. How does one speak to a person???????????????? How does one fight this????????????????? So frustrated. I use paypal for the convenience of my events but thinking of switching. Someone please please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
