Unauthorized transactions on my PayPal

I can not open dispute or report a problem because PayPal shows no transactions made. Still my bank account shows that there was money transaction made from PayPal. 

Where i can ask help if even paypal dont help me

Report the unauthorized transactions to your bank or debit card issuer because they are appearing there and not on your PayPal account. The payments could just be processed by PayPal as the payment processor of the merchant by someone using your debit card information that was compromised in some way. Maybe you walked by someone with a card reader or use your card at a store or ATM that has a false card reader or there is a virus or malware in your electronic device.
