Unauthorized transactions not refunded

I made a dispute case for two transactions that I did not authorize. The company who took my money, are fake and I cannot access my payment information on their website to remove it. The customer service line I tried to call was not in service number and I can’t get a hold of the company. I opened a dispute case, but PayPal said it wasn’t an unauthorized transaction. Even though I told my bank not to approve the transactions, they still do, and I get fraud alerts and now my account is about to be locked because of this. What can I do?
