Unauthorized transaction

Somebody accessed my papal account and paid for flight ticket using my credit card which was linked before. Now how to raise issue in resolution centre. If I try to raise, it's not accepting. So please suggest me a way to get refund

Click on the transaction in your paypal account and the report a problem link is at the bottom of that details page.

If its not there then did you pay as a guest buyer?

Dear Kernowlass there is no report a problem link in that details page. And I don't know how that fraud made that transaction.

Then you would need to contact customer services.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
