I was charged without asking for it and made a dispute to paypal as an unauthorized payment. Also, I have freezed my card and informed my bank that this is a fraud. Transaction is still pending on my account. I have deleted my card. I want to know can Paypal still charge my card? Because Paypal decided that the transaction was not unauthorized and closed the case without any proof.
