Hello
My account was hacked and I noticed that my balance changed not in my favor
But I did not see any transaction with the charges.
After digging dipper I found that when I change the transactions filter to Archive - I saw 2 fraudulent transactions.
Even kid would notice the dummy names and the email address of the scammers
But when I filed a claim about unauthorized transactions - PayPal denied !!!
I was so frustrated - I mean we - users - pay them a lot of money for protection from scammers and they deny the compensation when when hack occurs !!
I think they are bigger scam than the hackers!
guys, does anyone knows how can I resolve this situation ?
