Unauthorized transaction from US company

Hi everyone, yesterday I saw an unauthorized transaction around $1.2k USD ($2k SGD) from my card. I was in disbelief that I immediately call my bank to cancel my card and make a dispute claim to Paypal. It was from an unknown US company. Paypal told me they are still reviewing my case but will get back to me by 14th May. But till now, I didnt received any replies and the case is still under review. Anyone has gone through this before? Did you manage to get your money back? How long did your case take to be solved? I’m really shocked and still feeling unease with whatever thats happened.

Yes ive done all of that and they are still reviewing the case. Its been 5 days and im still awaiting for replies
