Hello i have an unothorized transaction a sort of payment sent to someone else in my account which has be done by a family member without my permission tried to dispute the transaction but the case has been closed and couldnt get it fixed or my money back.
If it came from your IP or device then paypal would see it as authorised by you.
You are responsible for security of your own paypal account, if a family member used it then they must either know your password or you left your computer or device with the password auto logged in so that they could access it OR you didn't have a password on your app.
