Unauthorized transaction dispute rejected

There is a payment on Paypal which was unauthorized - meaning I DID NOT approve of the transaction. Last I used the merchant was 2 years ago or so and they decided to setup automatic payments even though I don't use them. No luck with contacting them. Paypal rejected dispute. Please help!

If a subscription was set up then you authorised paypal to send the funds, so paypal would view it as authorised.

You need to read the small print when you buy virtual / digital items from some of these companies as you may have unknowingly set it up.

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
