Unauthorized purchases

Please help.  I am located in the Hurricane Florence area.  I have not been online since Friday 9/14.  We have been without electricity until yesterday evening.  Today I have about 20 purchases and some refunds on my account.  How can I fix this?  I do not have the amount of cash in my checking account to cover these charges.  There is some refunds also but not as many purchases.  What can I do to remedy this.  Please...any advise is welcomes

I'm so sorry to hear about the unauthorized activity in your account, especially on top of what is already a harrowing experience. If you have not done so already, please report the unauthorized activity so it can be reviewed by PayPal.
