Today someone loged into my paypal account and made a payment which I didn't approve and didn't know of. I claimed that the payment was an unauthorized payment but paypal said that it was not an unauthorized payment and they closed the case. What more can I do? How do I prove that the payment was unauthorized?

Paypal does not consider unauthorised payments that were your responsibility ie you gave away your log in information or someone got access to your account on your phone OR a virus on your computer etc.

But the person that did that is from another continent so that person didn't have the possibility to check my pc for the log ins.
Do i have any options now or I can't do anything?
Thanks for replying 🙂
