There is an expense of 36.11 from "Paypal Headway <removed>" along with a 0.36 "International Transaction Fee" from "Paypal Headway". I looked up this number and found this to be an unauthorized transaction payment in PayPal and also found it as an automatic payment in my own PayPal account. Apparently it belongs to "GTHW Headway" which is a self growth app? I never visited this app nor purchased it. I just sent this as an unauthorized payment to PayPal but they said it doesn't seem suspicious. What do I do? Can I get a refund? Do I need to contact my bank instead?
